The Brant County Health Unit provides online childbirth and parenting preparation classes that you can take conveniently from home.

This online course is designed to teach new or expecting parents the following:

• Signs of labour/comfort measures
• Birth experience
• Routine infant care
• Breastfeeding
• Postpartum mood
