Harm Reduction and Substance Use

The Brant County Health Unit provides harm reduction services in our community, including naloxone kits and training, and harm reduction supplies. The health unit is mandated by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care to ensure sterile needles and syringes are available to people who use substances to reduce illness and the spread of infection.

Public safety is the top priority for the Brant County Health Unit. If you find drugs in the community please do not touch them and call the Brantford Police at 519-756-7050.
