Rapid Risk Factor Surveillance System (RRFSS) Survey

If you are over 18 years old and live in Brantford or Brant County, you may be randomly selected to participate in the RRFSS survey.

RRFSS is a confidential, voluntary telephone survey that takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and asks questions about chronic diseases, nutrition, physical activity, tobacco use and other health issues.

Interviewers from the Institute for Social Research at York University (in Toronto) are calling Brant residents to ask for participation in the RRFSS survey.  Land line respondents will receive a postcard in advance of the call.

Survey results help us determine health-related trends in Brantford and Brant County, and make decisions about the programs and services we offer to our residents. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
