Do not break the law or encourage others to do so (this includes defamation, breaching privacy, breaching another person’s intellectual property rights such as copyright, condoning illegal activity and contempt of court).

BCHU social media sites are NOT monitored 24/7. If you have an emergency, please call 9-1-1 for assistance.
To be eligible for a refund your cancellation must be received by the Health Unit one business day prior to your appointment or other scheduled event. (Monday’s appointments must be cancelled by Friday).
Once we determine a cancelled appointment is eligible for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or if paid with debit card, a refund cheque will be issued. Credits will be processed within two weeks, however please note delays may occur due to your card issuer’s policies.
